I need help with this. My bridal studio which i signed up for says make up artist only does make up in the morning. AND will not accompany us to the hotel to do touch up- the bridal studio states that the artist may have other clients to do on that day. I find it very ridiculous.. Can someone enlighten me whether it is the correct practice to do such things.

Further more for photoshots- it will only be discussed on THE ACTUAL day of photo shoot & not days before. Plus i requested for balloons then bridal studio ask us to buy it ourselves.
I feel quite piss off- anyone encounter same experience to enlighten me on it

i think my reply comes abit too late, i just went to my friend's gown fitting, i found the range of gowns very limited and alot of zip spoilt!

I had some comments on my dream wedding. I book my HK tour, with the cruise MV and entire package on OCt 2010 and my AD is Feb 11.

Throughout the entire dealing with them was fine, till I decide to take back some item which was cancel earlier during the confirmation for eg. extra tea dress and so on. My coordinator Ah yun informed that its against the company policy and cant change due to the contract had been signed. I was upset, looking at us, she told us to give her a week to speak to HK HQ, and indeed good news falls back to us. Instead of getting back the original packages items, we were given more !! This was because we were introduced by a frd there. Franly speaking, I deemed this coordinator as the best or one of the most helpful among the rest. Hence, since my AD is over, I would like to share this contact and introduction to you all.

If you happen to decide on MDW, look for ah Yun, tell her Jason (police) intro one. I bet you will not regret her service. I gained nothing from this introduction, but I believe that after contract service is very impt, not many coordinator will help you appeal against what you had signed black and white, and this is what i call good service.

I got married in last year July. And signed the package with Sophia Bridal.

Everything was not bad except for my pre wedding photo shoot.

The photographer sucks to the max. Cant remember his name but he's short and wore a spec.

I told him I dont want any shoot to be taken at any beach or grass field and even gave him some magazine cut outs for his reference on how I want my photos to be like.

On that day, everything just seems SO WRONG. He made me felt super uncomfortable. Told him I dont want any those traditional shoots yet he insisted that it will turn out different. He even brought us to changi broadwalk or something when I've already told him that I DONT WANT. But he insisted again. Not only him, my husband tried to persuade me to go there for shoot as things might turn out different.

In the end? NONE OF THE PICS are what I wanted!!!! Because I was pregnant and so, we are in a rush and no time and energy for any reshoot.

I'm so upset till today. The ugly wedding photos are still on my closet and I have never ever took it out once
