Tea dress with sleeve? Where to get tea dress?

Just wondering if anyone knows of places that sell suitable tea dress? No cheong sum because they are not for my figure.

And i dont want to go sleeveless as i have big arms! someone please help! Thanks.

just get any dresses - those places that sell evening gowns will have simplier pcs - glam it up with a different shawl or scarf or broach & u will have a nice different dress than others.

I wore my Kua for my tea ceremony at home & at my husband's place i wore my wedding gown - its supposed to be come get bride take pictures, then go back take pictures then immed tea ceremony - no time to change for me.

Buy a dress you can wear later for everyday use as well - with your hair & nice nice makeup - people can still differentiate you are the bride.

Cecilia loe, Diane Carol are good options.

When's your wedding? If you have time, buy a nice one from ebay. I bought my NWT BCBG dress from ebay (JT & Company is a very good seller and they ship directly to Spore) and it only cost me less than S$200 inclusive of shipping

I personally recommend Kua. this is esp good for covering figure flaws...

yeah its saves $$ as it comes free with the bridal package anyway & 1 more chance to wear it - only brides can wear kuas - u cannot even rent it for a DnD.

Red usually comes out very nicely in photos too.

I was a fat bride about a US 13 when i got married - the Kua was the most comfortable thing i had the whole day! I ROM on the same date as my wedding - had to many dresses that day my head was spinning.

Buy some new nice simple white or with pink patterns dresses or clothes too - When i finished the bride house - groom house - bride house - groom house again - i changed into a pretty Dorthy Perkins pink black patterned white based dress to go to the hotel - the kua was too hot to be in for long too. These clothes will serve you well too the week before the wedding - my mum said brides must wear new clothes so i stocked up during GSS July 2005 for my Dec 2005 wedding (You will be too busy doing other things to go shopping too) &also the 1-2 days after the wedding its nice to have new or quite new clothes to wear within the hotel or from the hotel - home.

the KUA is very exp. I was quoted $250 (Rental not purchase) by the BS!! So expensive. I might as well go and buy a dress. I went to Blum & Celine today. Nothing caught my eyes.

To be precise, I'm not slim type. So its hard to find dress that is for my body shape. And my choice of color has been narrowed down to pink/purple/red. haha. my mum said NO white. No Champage etc. I wear nice nice 'lucky lucky' color home means its good for the family. hehehee

Went to Robinson, found something nice but no more of my sizes. Now I'm thinking of finding a good tailor to do the dress I've tried at Robinson. That brand is only sold in Robinson and now i cant seem to find the website for it. Else can even order online.

As for ebay, do they sell 2nd hand clothes? or brand new? I wanted to get a brand new one for my wedding. Btw, I nearly want to faint when I went to Allure. They are like clearing old stock during GSS!!! Gosh!!!!!!
