I find that its quite boring..anyway I've been using nuggets of info from the counselling session against him too we argue. Eg "how can you say this? I wonder how XX from the session (the facilitator) would react if she knew you felt this way/treated me like this."

anyone been to the counselling session at hougang hong sheng?

we thinking of skipping the marriage preparation to go right into counselling since we already know our prob which is fighting/conflict management.

I will be attending an engaged encounter course (organised by a church) this end May. It is weekend stay-in programme (guys on one floor and females another floor) to talk about marriage life and potential issues which can arise etc.

We are advised to keep our hp to silent mode (at all times) or just switch it off totally.

I did my pre-marriage counselling course at Hougang Sheng Hong, was pretty good, able to sort feelings and efforts towards the relationship, what are we expecting and how to speak up to each other and the importance of maintaining a healthy marriage
