U might want to try Personality Menshop at Peninsula Plaza. Great worksmanship & superb service. Its very popular so if u go on weekends, be prepared to wait for your turn. The owner is the president of the Tailor Association, i think. Very Hugo/ Ermenegildo Zegna kind of styles. Not sure if they are considered cheap, though. Hubby did his tux shirt there for abt $120.
