hi girls! need some opinions on what brand of watches can i get with a $350 budget that is suitable for my SO for work?

i would recommend Kenneth Cole or Ellesse watches for men and women. Police watches are cool too, but mostly for men.

Try going to City Chain. They have Adidas watches over there that's perfect for work and play for guys.
