Can cuff watch convert with leather strap?

It is a metal spring cuff watch. Can I change the cuff with leather straps?

^it depends on how your watch is 'built', some watches can be converted to leather straps, some not. whether they have the strap of the same size and similiar 'attach' method as the original metal chain. thus, u might have to visit a professional for advises.
