Watch Cases...to store watches

im looking for a present for a friend who is a watch collector
im thinking of a watch case to store all watches
is there such a thing?
where can i get them?

normally how do u all store watches?
in their individual original cases or in nice cases?

I also looking for a nice watch case for watches.... i have not found a solution and have not really look for it.. currently i put my watches in LV gift boxes (the ones for wallets) as it is more compact and not bulky as the original watch boxes...

If your friend is a female... maybe can consider watch/jewelery box?

If your friend is more professional kind, then may have to go look at those watch magazines, they do have some advertisment that showcase very nice watch boxes . those watch magazines can find at Kino both eng and chi magazine sections ^-^

You can try takashimaya either Basement 1 or 2 (should be opposite LOccitane), they are selling watch & jewellery boxes there. Those leather cladded type, pretty nice looking.

u can try fossil! they have one that can store 10 watches or so. very classy looking!

Maybe u can try 'Passions' at Funan, 2nd floor. They have really nice watch cases, different sizes, looks classy and has automated self-winding mechanism I bought one..

i used to store all my watches in their original cases but it just got too cumbersome as the original boxes are usually very heavy or big. so i went out and bought a mitch and marc watch case from taka.

if your friend has automatic watches , you can buy him those self winders. most reputable watch shops should carry them.

yup I wanna know how much it is too! cos my watch always stop whenever I don't wear it for a few days...

and also.. what drives the box to move/shake? is it battery power? sorry! very ignorant in this area.. haa

I just bought a mitch and marc watch case from taka today. The material looks like LV epi leather, check with SA and confirm it's leather. It's red in colour and currently on sale at $100. Original price is $189, after paying with taka card, it costs $90. This case can store 9 watches. They've cases for 20 watches, price is $389 before 20 or 30% off and some of the cases can store jewellery too. Hths..

I walked past this watch shop at Wisma and saw that they have a self winder displayed at the glass window near the escalator.. holds 2 watches and is $380. btw is this the normal price for a self winder?? and does a self winder moves vigorously or just gently?
