Charm Bracelet Watches

I wanted to get one universal to wear to work and play.

so far only spotted one decent beauty at Guess for $245. Anyone know any other sources?

Ooh, charm watches! I had almost forgotten abt mine--was really into them a while back, so had been buying quite a number (rather non-discriminately, I'm afraid )! Thankfully, that phase is now over. whew.

Anyway, my favourite place to look for charm watches is Fossil! You can try there to see if there're any that catch your fancy. Prices abt SG$155. I believe Anne Klein also has some. As does DKNY?

Thank you! I'm not sure if Taka has a Fossil counter, but as long as there is one, there could be some charm bracelet watches there. I know Tangs has some (but rather limited though). These watches are different every season/collection, so it depends on your luck really. For example, I saw the angel charm bracelet watch (the one just above the butterfly charms) over the net and fell in love with it at first sight. Went hunting around all the Fossil counters and shops, but they were all sold out (as always, I was late to the party ), and the shop refused to help me bring the piece in. No vpost then, unfortunately. I finally got it in S Africa (but I had a shock when I saw hb's cc bill--it cost a freaking SG$280+ after conversion! ).

The porcelain-like bracelet watch (extreme left of pic) I got at a factory outlet in the States, and is uber cheap--only US$29!! The rest I bought in Singapore. The watch with a heart-shaped face is from Guess. I like that one too, but it's very difficult to wear on your own because of the lobster claw. My absolute favourite though, remains the angel charm. Love that loads! It's prettier IRL. I also have a thin leather-strap one (from Fossil, where else? ), with a single charm hanging by the strap, near the face. Quite cute in its own way.

Ok, just found another one.

The theme for this is garden--has ladybug, butterfly, flower, bee and dragonfly charms. Bought this sight unseen (through amazon IIRC and paid through the nose as well), and this is certainly a case of the watch looking prettier in pic than in real life. I don't like this one at all. Waiting for my daughter to grow up and I'll hive this off to her. The best thing though is that this watch came with all the links shouldered (is that the word?)! Am looking for a place that can do the same for my other watches.

Btw, I love Fossil watches! Am a huge fan!

my girlfriend got one from heeren. cost her $150. kinda chunky but with pearls, and small charms. very pretty!

Actually, you're quite right, Katia ... Fossil watches at the factory outlets are very cheap. I remember when I was there for 2 years .. that's what I noticed too.
