Advice on selling watch

Hi, need some help here. I am intending to sell off my tag heuer watch bought last mth, but do not know how to. Can podders recommend some secondhand watch shops that allow me to sell the watch to them at a good price (retail price)? Thanks

hi you can try any of these places. passions at funan centre or this place at china sq central (they are located on the first floor, i think they are called JW), and a shop on the ground floor in peninsula (can't remember name). there is also apparently a shop at riverwalk and one at far east that takes in second hands. i've used passions before and they are very good.

if you've kept your receipts, selling it yourself on ebay sg is free and might fetch a better price than the watch shops.

anyone knows where i can sell off a raymond weil timepiece. Black mop face 10 diamonds and all. Passions dont take in Raymond Weil, seems to have no mkt value sigh. I dont want to keep it around though, was given by my ex bf.

Hello abcxyz, I sold my Tag Heuer not too long ago too. I posted ads on Mocca classifieds and Singapore Expat website. Had quite a few queries but also people who just want to bargain down your price (or ask for ridiculous price like $200 for genuine Tag!!!)

So there will be interest (esp pls post picture of watch) but be prepared for the bargaining. People will ask for yr lowest price right from the start. Be prepared to even go lower than that cos they will still want some discount (like $50 or $100). One person considered for a long time trying to decide btwn 2 models before she decided to buy the other one. So have to be patient too. If you want quick sale, then best to just put low price.

Anyways I sold it finally and it was a pleasant transaction at Coffee Bean. Not sure what you can get for it elsewhere but if you sell direct to buyer, dont have to pay commission ***...
