My mom used to bring all our watches & change the batteries at Chinatown. However, that was at the People's Park complex which is currently under renovation.

ppl don go to the watch shop at east point basement!my dad had wanted to change battery on his tissot watch but the man at the shop said that his watch was spoiled and if he wanted to fix it,it would cost him $80. and when my dad refused to have the watch fixed, the man actually asked my dad to give him the watch since it is spoiled anyway!
but when my dad went to the next shop, he only had to pay $10 for a change of battery and it is working fine!
    boycott such unscruplous shops!!

H2 Hub outside AMK NTUC Extra charged me only $3 the last time I was there. The cheapest I ever found. They promise free battery replacement for 10 years on any watch you buy from them.
