Which one do you prefer?
Also please state the reasons why you prefer.
If you can specify "pro's and con's" would be better.
any comments from iPhone users? btw, im an Android and iOS user...but i still prefer on ANdroid..
why? well aside from its an open-source platform which I'm also a developer for mobile but I like the idea of having able to do more and control *** my fon will do or capable of rather than the idea of the phone will control on *** I am only capable of doing of....
If i used android, I can do anything I want just how I used my PC...as in anything w/o JAILBREAKING my fon...well again that all depends on personal choice and *** will u b doing w/ ur fon...but for me the capabilities i can do on Android is limitless...thats why I optimize its use to the highest level..hehehe..
Iphone:
Pro: good material and design, Good camera, many apps and game, good warranty, no viruses
Cons: expensive, good apps and game are not free( unless you jailbreak, but if u jailbreak then void warranty), need itunes to transfer data
Android:
Pro: Variety choice of phone, cheaper, many free apps, great customization
Cons: now got virus, quality no as good as iphone, weak battery
There are viruses for iPhone too. Any gadget is vulnerable to viruses. Just be careful and don't download stuff from dubious sources.
iPhone if you are an apple fan like me.
Android if you don't want to stick to 1 brand of phone e.g. you like HTC and/or Samsung
Yes I agree there are malicious wares on iphone too, but it is still a fact that android-based phones are more susceptible to such attacks. Sometimes one accidental touch will set things off.
One can do a lot more on android because of the way it's made..
Can you elaborate? I don't think there are viruses that set off at one 'accidental touch'. As far as I know, all android malware requires you to actually install them. There's actually a page displaying security settings and you will have to confirm you want to let the app have such permissions.
pixelpixie: I don't mean 1 as in literally 1 touch. Then again it takes 1 touch to confirm the app
I don't use android phones so I have no idea how it exactly works, but I suppose one should be careful when they are downloading things outside the Android market.
Anyhow I am still waiting for iphone5 :D :D :D
samsung galaxy S owner.
and no regrets.
updated the OS and it's no more laggy. batt also last longer!
apps wise most can be found on both platforms
functions and user navigation wise also quite similar
it's just you support which brand
itunes is a headache for a lot of people
i was thinking of getting an iPhone but looks like the iPhone4S is not much improvement from the previous one. maybe i would wait...
galaxy s2 looks good, my friends who have it are really proud owners...![]()
might want to wait out for the nexus prime.
comes with ice cream sandwich (the OS)
the design a little weird though, like xperia arc
but super thin!
be careful dont sit on it
Have been a faithful Nokia user since Day 1, but now that my current one is dying and in no condition to be saved, i'm thinking of (finally!) getting the iphone, and the main reason is coz my SO is also an iphoner.. technophobe me needs help on new techie stuff...

android definitely...
loving my galaxy s2...
I still go for Iphone. Although I love the bigger screens of Android phone like HTC and Samsung galaxy sII, Iphone is still best by being user friendly. I tried using my friends Android phone and it confused me. And besides Iphone have all the needed applications. Android is still more in producing apps that can surpass Iphone
