I saw those people selling at lucky plaza and far east plaza few weeks ago already. My friend told me it costs about $1080 to $1400.
wow!!! these ppl are cashing in.....
Wow crazy!! It's nice but not that nice. I can wait until it arrives here.
the ipads seen in far east plaza..are they the real deal??
my bil already gotten the ipad when he went overseas for biz trip...he brought and show us...saw him playing games on ipad...it totally cool!!!
i m so tempted to get one too!
on the other hand i cant decide between ipad or iphone 4
in dilemma!
shall wait for iphone 4 to be out and compare the prices
since both serve the same function for me (playing games, surf net, whatsapp, fb) hehehe
hmm, i cant use whatsapp or play fb games in ipad cos it does not support flash.
i seldom use my ipad, i still prefer laptop.
does most of the store have in stock for ipad?
I heard IPAD in singapore is outofstock everywhere, got to wait for 90day![]()
i tried out at the apple store over the weekend and the ipad is really cool. but on the rational end, i don't think i will buy because it's kinda huge (though light) and i can't hold it properly with my small hands. if i use it to surf, it'll be a little uneasy because everyone can see what i'm looking at. i tried typing like a usual keyboard, but i can only do so if i leave it flat on the table/on my lap. there's no usb port so i can't insert my documents or anything in my hard disk, nor my mobile modem, meaning i can only subscribe to the 3G. so i'm sticking to iphone for now, or unless there's some other functions that it can do and the iphone can't.![]()
Didn't get to try the ipad last night when I was at Funan. There were 3 guys hoarding onto the demo set despite me standing around waiting for 5min. >.>
Anyway, the pricing seems pretty reasonable imo if you have much use for it (good portable web surfing!), but probably won't be getting it either due to the reasons jas-ee had stated, such as privacy and document storage issues.
i waited at apple store, even with 3 demo sets, i couldnt even get near
it's really tempting to buy, but i wish there's more reviews from locals who got it, whether it's really portable & user friendly
