    Hi all

for tech experts & Blackberry users. which of the above is better? I'm very confused by the specs. How is Blackberry Curve different from Blackberry bold?

I just got myself a BB Javelin (8900), the diff that i know of is Javelin is 2G n Bold is 3G....now playing with the phone, trying to familiarize myself to my new phone, so far so good......no regrets.

    Zicon

try googling the bold and curve to check out their specifications. reviews that a ton of ppl have posted on various sites.

i myself got a javelin over the bold from starhub bcos:

    - its lighter and thinner
    - camera is tons better with auto focus
    - accessing the media card is faster
    - typing is easier with the javelin keyboard

my first blackberry and i'm loving it.. no other hp compares to the blackberry in terms of ease of use and smartness!! it's a smartphone indeed. been pimping it with applications and themes..

u have to pair the devices up first. after you pair, the receiving bb must go into >media>press the bb button> receive using bluetooth.

still can. they will give some kind of password that the other phone has to type in.. i haven't tried with other hps, but i've tried with my work laptop and it worked.. so i'm guessing it should be the same. no reason why it shouldn't work.

I just signed up with Starhub and so I am tied down with 2 yrs but don't quite like my current phone. Anyone knows where I could get a BB Bold, Storm or Javelin apart from service provider?
