Crap i think i overuse already thinking the bb data plan is unlimited.is there any function in the phone where we can check the usage?

there are a few types, 1 gb, 3 gb, and unlimited?
if yours is the 60+ plan its unlimited.

am now with Singtel. I have till July left till I can break contract.
I want to get a BB. Should I break contract with Singtel and pay the penalty fees then switch over to Starhub and get their BB plan? Seems like they offer better BB package.

Anyone? Your say?

only starhub has BB plan? if singtel also have, you can recontract with singtel for their BB plan and pay extra 100 bucks instead of breaking contract and pay 250 to switch over to starhub

Singtel does have the BB plan too, but its not that attractive compared to SH's plan.

any idea whats the major difference between bold 9000 and bold 9700? i know the camera is different only.

am considering bb or nokia n97mini or e72.

try googling the bold and curve to check out their specifications. reviews that a ton of ppl have posted on various sites.

i myself got a javelin over the bold from starhub bcos:

- its lighter and thinner
- camera is tons better with auto focus
- accessing the media card is faster
- typing is easier with the javelin keyboard

my first blackberry and i'm loving it.. no other hp compares to the blackberry in terms of ease of use and smartness!! it's a smartphone indeed. been pimping it with applications and themes..

Any idea how can I check my data usage?

Btween, if i turn on my BBM but not chatting with anyone..will it require data usage?

I am currently using the 1GB plan..always very paranoid that i will exceed the data...

stephilosophy: if im not wrong, BBM is a free service provided to you by your BES.

you wont exceed your 1GB if you use more 3rd party applications ( than actual surfing of websites that has tons of pictures). 3rd party apps are like twitterberry, facebook for blackberry etc.
