-Unlimited DATA


FYI, I am BB BOLD user and a very heavy data usage user cos i depend on BB for my living.

I am online BBM, MSN 24/7

receives / sends 50+ emails everyday

nth to do, go surf web...youtube watch videos...

average data usage per mth is about 700-800 MB, never even exceed 1.0GB


so why pay 63 per mth when u can surf unlimited data for 37 ?

i am my Curve tonnes!!! got influenced by my hubbie to get a bb...as he's using Bold... i have to agree that Curve's camera is much much better and loads faster too...but the typing in abit more difficult as bold indeed have a bigger keyboard...

regarding the Starhub plan...i think there's a diff between the 67 one and the 19bucks for 1 GB and capped at 37 bucks...

if i am not wrong, the 67bucks plan is for office users...as in it can access securied email platforms like outlook etc...but the normal 19 bucks plan cant...thats what the SH person told me...otherwise...it is actually more or less the same...

however, if ur company ask u to check email 24/7 and their email platform is on outlook, then u better get the 67bucks plan, but ask ur company to foot ur HP bill!!!

afterall, they are the one who's gaining ***...hahahaha....

oh..any btw, anyone here changed ur BB housing before???
i am planning to get a BB housing for my berry... but i got no idea how to change it...is there any webbie that u guys can recommend??

a BB will be just like any plain pda phone if u do not subscribe to the BB data plan... then defits the purpose of getting a BB...u might as well pay less for a normal phone with basic PDA functions

hey there, so means that for e.g. i sign up with SH for the $19.90 BB plan, i still have to pay the usual phone plan on top of that right?
my phone plan with SH is expiring soon n i'm wondering if i can get any perks for buying a bb n getting a bb plan with them, if i renew my phone plan?

or wld it be better if i end my SH plan n sign up with Singtel? is their bb plans better?

any tech-savvy person here able to share his/her 2cents worth?

does the BB messenger needs internet connection? or is it just like plain sms but its free and only need the other party to have a BB too?

any value for money data plan from any of the 3 telcos? any student plan?

Hi, for those on starhub, does the BB individual plan enable me to surf the net on a browser? Cos it runs on GPRS and I never used GPRS before (always connect via school or wirelss@SG wifi)
