yah.. hers is the earliest batch. and no, they dont do exchange. so live without the memory stick cos it's the memory stick thats trigger the problem.
but se phone also have problem. before i sent for repair is black out (auto goes into sleep mode), after repair it auto shut down and the alarm clock dont function at times..
i heard the latest w-series also have many problem.

even nokia phones are problematic.. apparently phones nowadays broke down so often if they offer a replacement for 1, thousands will want it too... so it's a luck thing if you purchase a faulty one or a good one..

i am one of the unlucky ones...

(my mum used to work in motorola factory, testing phones to see if there's echo, vibrates working,etc.. if there was any that don't work, she just give it a knock and it works. she asked me to give my phone a good knock to see if it works )

Might be buying it on sat but having two minds cos I'm using K800i now. The functions are similar just that W890i is slimmer... Then it's like no use changing to that phone le...

yes 890i is super slim but if you are using it more towards to the phone instead of function. Its a no no phone. Rececption is very bad. Can hardly hear the other side person talking.. but its mp3 function was good.

My bro was looking for a phone with good mp3 function so we exchange our hp.

snow_tea : I love my SE W890i - small, slim and easy to use. And I love the picture quality! I had a Nokia E65 before this and I was very worried about using other brands. But this phone is a bliss, though I have to say the ringing volume is soft even when adjusted to loudest. And at current promotions for this phone model, I have to say it is value for money!

jemay : Sad to say, the picture quality is not satisfactory without flash at dim places. Actually I do not know if there is a flash, I have tried night mode but not good at all. Suitable only for bright day light!

Oh, thank u Slim I wonder if there is a external flashlight for it then. I remember last time one of the SE phone has an optional accessory to enhance on the light!

I need help.I just got the SE k770i a few weeks back and yesterday after i switched off my phone,it couldn't switch on anymore.the red light on the left hand side keeps blinking when i try to switch it on.any cotter experience this problem?really troublesome for me to go to thier care centre cos i live so far away.hai..sad..

Just ordered a SE K610. I know it's an old model, lousy cam and no fm radio. But well, at $70 with no contract, why not? My even older antique Nokia N70 is dying on me. And I love n70.

so far i love using it. its nice and doing well. it does take awhile to load, not for those who want things to be fast. never fail in the walkman side. cam is not too bad for a SE walkman phone. way better then my old w850i.

the thing is i feel that its not very good for most guys. as you need to use your nails for the touch screen and sometime the allow space is very small. and at times like sms-ing, you will not want to keep taking in and out the stylus. oh do take note of their stylus. its very small and FLAT. not all people will like it but it do not give me any problem.
