Anybody tried Suddenly Slender yet? Sound & look good... but dunno if it *** another typical slimming centre...

I'm going down next Friday with my friend to try their body wraps. Cos if we book before the end of April, it's $99 for 2 sessions. Not sure if there's any hidden costs though.

It really does sounds too good to be true since they guarantee 6-20 inches loss within the first session of an hour. But, no harm trying if it's just $99. Hope it works!

Just FYI, i went already. I paid S$105.93 for so called 5 sessions or 1 course 3.5hrs. I was told i lost over all total over all of 7.5 inches. But they do the measurement. I wldnt know. Even if it true, it cld b just water lost from the excerise, suana and hot blanket. The feeling is similiar to marie france wrap. Just my 2 cent worth of experience.

Hmm, it's true that they do the measurement and we really don't know exactly. But I guess we can feel if we're slimmer/lighter? Or can secretly do measurements ourselves before going there and measure ourselves again when we are done with the sessions.

May I know how long has it been since your course? Is there any weight bouncing back?

I really never see much differences for me. No increament and no lost for me.

but does suddenly slender have a money back guarantee to lose the inches? cause i know onlyaesthetics do 6314 4434 i called them last week. and they said if no inches lost, they will refund money.

i guess that's a safer option girls?

Haha! I also have the 'everything must try' mentality! But as I'm still a student, there's financial limits to what I can try.

I'm going there the very next day after my papers, so I guess even though it doesn't work at the end of the day, it'll be a great relaxing session. Weee!

The 5 sessions dont need cozycot membership 1... got a big poster outside thier door. It's apply to everybody.

I just went for my session today. Lost 6.4 inches overall. But of course, appearance wise no change at all. My friend went ahead to sign a package of 3+1 body wraps, but I didn't sign any.

Don't know if I should follow my friend and sign or what, cos they said to lose one dress size, it'll probably take about 10-12 sessions. Which means lots and lots of $$$ has to be invested inside. Sigh...

Hi all,
Suddenly Slender is relatively new in the market that probably explains y there are not many reviews online about its effectiveness.

Like most slimming chains, they employ a variety of sales tactics. Now, I for one am not averse to paying for treatments, however ex they may be, as long as they deliver results up to my expectation(and trust me I've sky-high expectations since I'm willing to pay Sky high prices too!)

I went for the SWW promo. 4 Slender treatments for $99. Haha, silly me! I thought it meant 4 times of slimming for $99 works out to $25 per time right? So cheap! no harm trying!

I even called n asked. The girl said yes the session takes 2.5hr per time for 4 times. Lo and behold, when I get there, i see the sign outside the door $99 for 5 sessions. She tells me that promo better as it includes body scrub. but when i go see my therapist, she say its not suitable for me and the SWW promo better. And the 4 sessions turns out to be 1 time trial $99 using 4 equipment-sauna, wrap, mineral solution and hot blanket.

Alarm bells were starting to ring in my ears! She takes my measurements and body fat analysis. my bmi is 19. she tells me my weight on the low side so unlikely to lose weight but can tone up so the body shape is nicer looks thinner. and says they company guarantee min overall 6 inch loss as long as bmi is not under average(less than 1. but say that need 3 visits to see noticeable results, with the most obvious results seen after the 1st visit.

i tell her i just wan results fast. she tells me 2 weeks. buy package of 3 plus the 1st trial(total 4) $949.10. I say ok no prob but I must get result.

she ask me to make payment first. y so funny? i ask can wait after treatment? no must pay first. ok i pay. she's taken up 1hr of my time explaining n selling the package.

the treatment lasts only 1 hr! 15 min sauna then body wrap(maybe 5-10min) then hot blanket 30min. she tells me next treatment will be doing light exercise. ok i'm done with shower n whole treatment in 1 hr. n i feel shortchanged! should have done the one with bodyscrub!

she measures me n i can c her face getting black. haha. there's no significant changes in the measurements she takes on my arms. so inotice she starts taking measurements BELOW the lines she marked so there is some change. weight is EXACTLY the same-38.2kg. She looks at me and says accusingly, "DID YOU SWEAT?" I'm tempted to retort that SHE is the one who said in the first place that my weight may not have any change.

She weighs me again n is happy that it shows 38.1kg(haha am I supposed to be happy losing 0.1kg?) anyway i've already bought the package so will use up n c if any difference.

i've read about the system n actually it is a good system. but its FRANCHISE so not original. the wraps only work if done PROPERLY! if next 2 sessions no change i'm gonna ask for manager!
