Hi, wondering if anyone has experience with Sothy facial salons?
I had signed on a package with First Dew at Novena Square 2. So far am liking it, especially the Purifying Facial which helps with my combi skin when it is especially oily during those time of the month. Facialist message skills is also good. The only drawback is that they can be quite hard-sell. My package is ending soon, so am wondering if anyone has experience with the other Sothy's partner salons?
TIA!
I was making my appointment with Babelicious when I saw their product treatment includes Sothy, but not sure whether it is the type of facial you are looking for. Maybe you can check that out on their website
i used to have sothys treatment quite often in the past but have stopped since last year cause they are really quite costly!! but, no doubts, results are good.
i did the deep hydrating and whitening treatment... cost about $250 per session!! really burnt a hole in my pocket...
i guess their treatments are range from $150 to $350, depending on what you do. Alternatively, u can buy their products and DIY at home.
my fren used to go to angelface ard tanjong pagar? i heard they use sothys product.
Im with Angel Face at Raffles Place or about 4 years now.. Yes, they arrange full range of products. Both ladies are quite nice there![]()
used to do facials with Jude nails and salon at thomson plaza for sothy's treatment. the therapist is called Jess, good massage skills (if u feel insecure can request for a more heavyhanded massage halfway, don be afraid to ask). but the con is that the place is quite small and you can hear the ladies doing their manicures outside.
I am also using Sothys products too. (Milk cleanser, eye cream, THI3 light cream, and sunblock).
The eye cream and sunblock took sometime to finish up, so i guess it's still ok.
The heart pain part is the milk cleanser which is essentially my makeup remover, and hence i use it daily. The cleanser is very gentle and didn't dry up my skin. So i still uses it, despite being expensive. It's $59 per bottle. I took up their products package which has a 20% discount. Since the products make my skin condition nice, i don't mind paying a little more in this area.
I am currently going for sothys facial treatments too at Poly Beauty in Vivo City . Beauticians are friendly and nice![]()
all my skincare pdts from sothys.. been patronise them since end of 2008 i think
Skin improve throughout the years, though i still have minor breakout during the time of the month![]()
I love their masque absorbant, hydra matt fluid and the purifying milk remover (cleanser) best.
Currently, started to use their new grade 1 oxygilence serum and oxygilence cream for night skincare (pretty good)
I went for their facial once every 3 weeks to 4 weeks, love the massage. Although it states 1 hour 30 mins, most of the time, they gave me special treats up to 2 hours worth of relaxation.
Although, there are a few products I personally didn't like it that much.
hows the facial treatments at Poly Beauty Vivo City?
is it a full treatment with shoulder massage and eyebrow trimming?
hows their package like?
TIA
tangtang: not sure about the one in vivocity. The one I vist includes eyebrow trimming, shoulder and back massage.
About half a year ago, I signed up a package with L’Espace Santé at Palais Renaissancee. It was my first beauty salon facial treatment after all these two years. I've been going for doc's treatment but it seems even if I swope my IPL/RF to laser like carbon peel, is not really helping much. Results was good for awhile but soon the mysterious outbreaks start again. Anyway to cut the long story short, L'Espace Sante service is good. They do not practise any hard sales at all but their staff can be really blur, which can be abit unprofessional at times.I'v tried their whole range of products for oily skin range. None is working for me. Neither is their purifying facials($120) but my hubby is loving the correcting serum which was 'inherited' from me.
I've since signed up with Skinlab. Defintely much more expensive but I'm seeing positive results.
I had tried their latest VANILLA-CARAMEL CALMING TREATMENT in JB paying about S$85 wonder is it cheaper? What is their star product or treatment ?
I like Sothys too. Though they are ex, they are effective too.
@babyq - I've tried their vanilla-Caramel too in SG. Nice & sweet treatment. makes me crave for dessert. But it's only available for a limited period. Now i'm trying their latest treatment - RESURFACING COSMECEUTIC TREATMENT. trying at special price $99 only. very good for my oily skin. I see that my skin fairer & brighter & not so oily.
