i went for my second session, the therapist was better cos she removed blackheads better.
but she was havinga runny nose! And despite the mask, igot a cold too the next day!
My fault, should have put my foot downand say i want someone else. They are pretty stupid and unprof to have an ill person working. Ifits H1N1 how? THink i better complain to them. Ontheir website they have a feedback form.
Maybe we should all go andfeedback to them.
They were pushy again, this time asking me to buy ampoules. Isaid NO several times.
i tried citispa's 3-step figure transform today. i must say that the treatment process was abit too long - a total of 90 minutes and it involved:
- 40 min of steam bath
- 10 min of ultrasound treatment to break down fats
- 35 min of body contouring massage (i liked this part best and actually dozed off!)
i must say that the results were quite impressive - a loss of 13.5cm for my overall body measurements, i also lost 2% fat and 0.4kg.
the spa is nice and my therapist was very caring and motherly, they were not pushy and i enjoyed my experience there.
treatment cost is $438 but there's a trial-price of $98 now.
i went to the Citispa site and wrote a feedback to them, but no reply.
Anyway i went for my 2nd facial treatment and when i was abou *** leave, a lady barged out angrily and said to cncel her facial cos she was tired of waiting! So drama...
***, Citibank has this promo with Citispa now... any treatment at $18, with a choice of various 45 minutes sessions. I very scared to try now after reading all your stories.
hmmm, I really think you shouldn't try... It's just no good. How cheap also not worth your money. At least for Century Square branch.
hey anyone gng to try their $18 deals as part of her world promotion?
hmm, i've tried their massage so far it's still ok...

Hey, anyone wants to take over my citispa vouchers? I bought it for 11 sessions for $380 plus gst then it will be $400 (rounded down) for facial, plus shoulder massages and eyebrow trimming at citispa.. so it is around $34.50 per session. I bought it at student price at the roadshow but recently found out i have no time for it and it will be waste to just throw it away..plus i have other treatments at other place... It is in form of vouchers and u can give it to mum or friends.. It does not have any expiry date so u can keep it for as long as u want.
If u are interested feel free to pm me... I will be really grateful if u want to buy cos i dun want to waste my money.. Thanks...

I had signed up an slimming package about $1600 at Tampines Mall 2 weeks ago, i realised
when the consultant (Joanna) failed to convince me to spend on additional packages i had problems
of booking appt on Sat (even on weekday)
My advice to all who wish to lose weight, please please thnik twice when sign up their packages,
especialy at Tampines Mall. Very Bad Service.![]()
Another spa to go onto my black list ! ha !
Any special promotions that sounds too good to be true will be too good to be true. Someone, something will always have to pay the price for this "discount". By giving out 10 promotion treatment at heavily discounted rate, all they need is to get 2 customers to sign on a heavy cost package and they will be able to recoupe the 10 discounted promotion treatment.
So basically the 2 customers who gets persuaded to sign on ridiculously high cost packages will be effectively "paying off" the other 8 discounted treatment given to others who has manage to resist the temptation to sign on.
Don't be that victim "paying" for other's discounted treatment !
I think many of us on this forum has established the fact that they are just gimmicks to lure you in for a hardsell and if they dont succeed, they give you a bad attitude.
Not the ideal way to relax and chill out !
Do not encourage bad spa practices by feeding into their discounts and hardsell.
