I realise that Amore sale consultants give different perks and discounts to different customers.

I quite like their service and ambience. Care to share about your package perks and prices ? Need to find out more before I commit.

Can i check something, i sign up with amore fitness but not been going for 2months plus, such a waste, can i transfer my membership over to spa? what can i do? i dont know why first place i sign up when i only went for 3classes so far, so annoyed with myself

like kovan branch and totally detest city square - had super bad exp. very pushy n bad customer service.

wondering if i shld sign up for their facial package? any gd comments for facial at their kovan or tampines branch?

ii_yume: Oh I had bad customer service from the manager at the CS branch too. It was such a waste because the facilities and rooms are brand new and sparkling clean ... and the masseur did a very good job for me, but the manager really turned me off. She was rather fierce and rude. When I turned down her package off, she don't even look at me in the face or greet me goodbye at all.. very bad example for her staff.

And yes, I like Kovan.. the staff there are generally nicer and I am even contemplating to sign a spa package at Kovan (they have better customer services, I especially like Margaret.. she is nice lady to do sales... persuasive but not pushy or rude) and then go do my massages at the CS branch since the facilities are so new and clean.

hihi lakopio, yes margaret is very nice. i extended my spa package with her. the therapists r usually not bad but can be very chatty n hard sell at times. that's y comtemplating to get facial with them.

CS branch is totally lousy. their steam bath was not ready at all when they first started and made us waited for 30mins to tell us that the electric stripped and is not working. i saw that the power cable was not even fixed . what a liar. i told them that we wanted to use the steam bath, they shld inform us earlier if it was not ready at all.

Hi Yume and all ladies here.. I am a loyal member of Amore Fitness so I decided to upgrade my package with them and got a free Back Massage at Amore Boutique SPA(Kovan). So last week, I decided to give it a try. FYI, I even topped up 1hr extra.

Then it was this Margaret who attends me. Everything was great but the therapist was abit rude and rough. She did not even ask me whether the pain was manageable and assume I was sleeping. So though out the session, I had to tell her where I was uncomfortable. So after that, this Aunty Margaret begin to talk to me about the packages and stuffs. It was HARD SELLING. Then I got a phone call as my husband was already waiting for me at carpark. I told her to talk to me some other day as I am a regular beside. But she INSIST I should sign a contract with them and she even prepare and shove the contract to me! I was so shock but I also insist on rejecting her, now this time she even change her work schedule to fit mine for my next visit to the fitness class. WTF? Finally I told her I can't sign anything that I am not sure of and not sure when I will be attending my next class, she then took my credit card for payment. She DID NOT even bother to say goodbye to me or smile. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE KOVAN SPA again!

falcon87: Personally, I find it unusual for Margaret to do what you said she did. Afterall, I have been with the Spa since its opening days in Heartland Mall and her service is always pretty good and never rude.

hi ladies! just want to ask which branch do you recommend best? I see that some of you prefers Kovan branch. I don't mind the distance as long as they provide excellent service.
