Facial Mask!

Hi all! I know it might seem quite silly but i am clueless as to which side of a facial mask i should use.
I'm referring to those sheet mask type that comes individually in a pack that contains some liquid inside. The mask itself has a plastic sheet on one side when i take it out of the pack. So which side should i place on my face (the side that had the plastic sheet or the side without?)

In any case I won't use the plastic sheet tho.
