I need help on my skin!

    Ladies,
I have dry skin on the outer, but oily skin inside.
& I also think that I have sensetive skin.

Recently, I went for some normal facial & now my T-zone, cheek & chin are all red & dry.

Please tell me any clinic or skin product I should use

can you describe your daily regime and the products that you are using ?
and also maybe your living and working environment

if you are concerned about oily skin inside, maybe you can try a deep cleansing mask
look for clay-based mask without fragrance and irritants such as alcohols, menthols, etc if you have sensitive skin
use it once to twice weekly, followed by moisturizer to restore hydration
leaving your skin dry can encourage more oil production.

yes, like what Asterificious said, do not leave your skin dry. Lots of people tend to think that oily skin do not need moisturising, but skipping the moisturiser may cause your skin to produce more oil. You can start off by using a water-based/light moisturiser. Check out La Roche Posay (avail at Watsons and Guardian Pharmacy), they carry a light non-comedogenic moisturiser and their products are formulated for sensitive skin, fragrance--free and recommended by dermatologists. Your skin's sensitivity may improve when you have restored a good moisture balance.

Another option you can try is to use organic aloe vera gel. Chill it in the fridge and gently rub it into your skin, it contains healing properties, can be used as a oil-free moisturiser and is soothing for sensitive skin.
