Its quite a light exfoliator, but i find it quite pricey. Friends of mine have been using it and they are back for the second bottle. They said that after exfoliating, apply a piece of moisturising mask on the face, it will absorb much better. Face will be more radiant after use.

I love this exfoliator. mTm has something like this and the sales girl recommended it to me, i fell in love with it immediately but it costs a whopping $170+. So i didn't buy it in the end. And was glad that i found this aque gel exfoliator at watsons and tried the tester, it works just as well as the one from mTm.

I gave half the bottle to my mum, as i thought that it's so gentle, u can never tend to 'over exfoliate', because it only gets rid of the dead skin on the surface, unlike scrubs with bits and pieces of sand which You never know when to stop exfoliating.

Btw, right now, watson's selling the the aqua gel which comes along with a small tube of moisturizer i think. Or was it cleanser? so go grab it! go, go, go!

hello aurorachen! was the mTm one exactly the same thing like similar texture and properties or they are just both rub off exfoliators?? in any case.. 170 is really quite.. if i may say obscene. the most ex version of a rub off exfo was the grommage from sothy's and i thought that was ex enough. o.o you are absolutely right about physical scrubs.. i tend to be too exfo happy and rub too long until i realise that it's too much..

the small tube is a water treatment skin cream =)

the texture is somewhat similar. But i think the mTm one is a bit more runny in terms of texture, which i prefer. even though have not used it on my face but tried it on the back of my hand. I find that after exfoliating, the Cure aqua gel leaves like a slippery film. If you further exfoliate, it seems like i'm massaging my fingers against the film instead of my skin. As the mTm is more watery, no matter how long i exfoliate, i still can feel that i'm rubbing it against my bare skin with all the whitish dead skin removed. felt that the mTm one gives me a cleaner and thoroughly exfoliated skin.

But for the price and the amount, the Cure brand is definitely a lot more worth it.

this thread seems awfully quiet now... anyway, just as an update, i've recently purchased this pimple tonic from spring beaute under the tsiao brand. it was supposed to be used under their blackhead removing mask, but as i felt that the mask was too difficult to use, and since the pimple tonic acts as a softener, i applied it to my skin and allow to dry before using the aqua gel to exfoliate the skin. i notice that more dead skin is removed compared to when not using the pimple tonic. however i doubt i will repurchase the pimple tonic as it lists 0.5% salicylic acid as active ingredient, i believe can easily find another more cost effective tonic/toner as a replacement.
