I like Revlon Soothing eye make up remover or something, it's very gentle but effective. It's non perfume n non greasy. But the most important is it doesnt sting my eyes at all!
I hated when an eye cream or eye mu remover stings *ouch*

Default Your Best Eye Makeup Remover

Now that I'm starting to wear really smokey eyes which requires tenacious formulas, my usual cleansers leave me panda eyes.

Roll out your faves which can remove stubborn eye make up completely in a cinch, with no tugging and doesn't sting.

for Waterproof formula - Clinique's Take the Day Off.

    for Non-waterproof formula -

I've heard raves about the Clinique but have yet to try it.

Shu cleansing oil does it for me too.

One which is under-mentioned but darn good is EA's. Don't know if it's still around.

Lancome's Bi-Facil didn't do it for me. Heard that Chanel's dual-phase was good.

Almay's not bad. A tad greasy though.

Chanel dual-phase eye makeup remover. Prefer this to the Lancome one. Or KP cleansing oil when you wanna take off a full face of makeup!

I am with KP cleansing oil. It takes off my eye makeup and makeup. Two in one, no need for a separate eye makeup remover

KP for sure. Even the stubborn Fasio goes off without any tugging.
