i use paula's choice 1%bha gel treatment to help with my pore and bh wh problems. However, i still have to scrub it religiously and mask occasionally to remove the blackheads and whiteheads. the bha treatment has help to soften them such that they come out so easily

hi karenaw, i started using the toner you recommended and it's really good! i have no blackheads to begin with, just a couple of clogged pores which i went to pick. the toner dried them out and healed them within a couple of days.

i also had a tiny pimple. the toner helped to bring it to a head within a day and has helped to dry it out.

i found that when i wear it under my makeup, it also helps to control oil and make my pores less obvious. wonderful recommendation, thanks!

how do you apply?
using sweeping method with cotton wool, or pat onto the face?

hi ririan i apply it by pouring some on a cotton wool and then just sweeping it all over my face.

i bought mine from www.bobodave.com and met up with them to get the goods.

i find it a little drying so i use my boots restore and renew serum right after that. this combination gives me really soft smooth skin that i cannot stop touching. haha...

i've a bad case of blackheads as well
i perspire pretty easily so my face tends to get oily fast! i've tried ipl but it doesn't really seem to help much cos the blackheads start coming back after that. recently i've been using ampoules on a daily basis. it seems to help tighten my pores a little but i still have the face pespiration problem = formation of blackheads. can anyone recommend any products/treatment that will help reduce face pespiration?

hi krazykat, i've found that the more products i use on my face when i go out, the more i perspire. i figure it's because putting layers of skincare and makeup is akin to wearing "clothes" on your face.

my regime is now the japanese toner that i wrote about above -> sunblock -> loose powder. i wear bb cream with the powder when the occasion calls for more makeup but i do find that any additional layer really makes me perspire more.

my dermatologist advised me that as certain parts of my face are oily, i should skip the moisturiser on those and only apply it on those areas that feel dry. i tried her recommendation and amazingly, it really helps reduce the occurrence of blackheads, whiteheads and pimples.

i do wish there was an anti-perspirant for face though as sometimes it is just pretty embarrassing.

Me too, apply day & night after face wash as pores tend to open up after cleansing. so can clean deeper inside pore....

oh btw, i begin using the bigansui toner on my hubby. so far, after two days, his skin already seems clearer with less red marks.

Wow..I'm interested in the toner. Does it work for sensitive skin? I've oily skin plus occasional small zits. My pores are huge.
