I just made a call and totally regretted. I went to make some research and did not find much bad review on them so I bought the voucher and no email replied. Then today noon I called them and they just record my number and said that their consultant will get back to me. But till now, no call so I went to call them again. They told me that it will take them 5 DAYS to get back to me!?! I dun understand what is so hard to fix appointment. Do note that this is my first appointment and if the first appointment takes 5 days. There is a chance that it will take weeks to fix the next few appointment. S$288 is not a small amount for me and I dun like the way they are doing their things.

Gosh, I almost want to buy the voucher.. It was really bad service of them. Perhaps keep calling them till you got your appointment fix..

i also have similar experience.

i bought their voucher for qpx as i googled also didnt find any complaint.
Tried calling them and gotten the same reply as yours.
In the end i just went down to their branch to make appointment as it's near my place.

It took me half an hour to book an appointment as they are very busy and there was no receptionist station there.

Perhaps you can try going down if you are on the way.

OA always very busy i guess ? But i have no idea what they busy at. I really think they seriously need to hired more people. I guess the only way you can really get back your money is to post comment on facebook ? Cause calling and emailing doesn't work.

Just to share! I've bought a deal last month on juztoday for the QPX underarm hair removal at OA $88 since some of my classmates had already bought their deal sometime ago and told me it was rather effective. Did my first session, the results was visible, unsightly hair has grown thinner! But of course, nothing's so cheap in this world. Lol, the beautician told me I have to upgrade my plan for my sessions to be more effective, as the fine prints on the coupons stated first year doing the QPX only can do bi-monthly so I decided to upgrade the plan $100+ to do every mth for the first year. Tmr would be my second session! If it works well might try their teeth / underarms whitening too, any reviews?
