yup, can use it alone as pimple treatment but got to store it in fridge 1-2 days before using if not applying just like that, the honey will flow down your cheeks

the above 2 links for munuka honey doesnt have UMF in it. you got to find honey with UMF so that it's better for your face

yeah c the thing that states umf 16 on it? it has umf. Or u can try to get it from nature's farm...it's more ex but genuinely manuka honey

yup, this one has UMF on it. but the seller is seliing for $96. that ain't cheap! maybe cuz the bottle is 1kg. if you are using it for masking alone, don;t have to get such a big bottle. get one with 500grams or maybe smaller will do. cuz a small bottle can go a long way.

$70 for 1kg is considered reasonable. the ones selling at taka for costs around $80 plus close to $90 i think.

i used crabtree and evelyn's deep cleansing mask, followed by catena poreshrink red wine mask. oh, and i drank some birds' nest too
