Dermatologist Recommendations

I have finally read all 71 pages!!!!

First of all, a little bg intro.
I'm 21 years old, have a history of quite severe acne.
Now I'm still having big pimples here and there but usually they'll all come out when it's time to greet my period.

Just recently, after most of my pimples cleared up after period, I realized that there's two pimples still left on my face. It has been around 2 weeks. Just a bump and nothing else. It doesn't even hurt abit.

I'm already a working adult and my pay now sufficient enough for me to go through some dermatological treatment. It's just that I really have a hard time deciding to go to

1) Dr John Chiam OR
2) Dr Thiru

Which one should I go to?

I have been to both doctors and I strongly suggest Dr Thiru. I had been consulting him fir a sudden acne flare up 2 years back and I am totally clear now. I was put on roccutane for about 8 months plus other topical treatments. The acne is very much controlled now, in fact I hardly get breakouts except for PMS.

I heard he is retiring soon in May though. Quickly go see him if you need a good Derm doctor. But be warned, he can be a bit long winded

Just visit dr goh seng heng clinic yesterday, I have to say that their service is not compatible with their product price, I was served by their manager, Phyllis Quek who was once an actor and spent almost 1500 on their product, she let me have a feeling that the amount I pay is just nothing to them, she totally didn't explain how to use the product until I ask her so, but be frank that their product is really effective(I once used it three years before).

Can anyone recommend me a cheap derm that can prescribe me Retin A micro without any frills or hassle or hard selling of their other products?

Tried NSC but waiting time is so long that I can use it to get over with the purging effect!

Or any website that is reliable to get RA micro gel?

KRISTINE hey girl what does silk peel do? i have done medical peel with dr kelvin chua at skinlab. it is at wheelock. i went for their promotions so i paid only $68 for the med peel. i think dr chua's rates are reasonable and since it is in town, quite accessible for me. HTH

I'm planning on having Laser Resurfacing for my red marks that have been left for a few years now. How does Dr Joyce Lim fair in terms of laser surgery? *Not talking about the creams.
