Did you get the 37.91 from the link I posted?
ice maiden,
yah lo.... i tik S$21 is actually without shipping ***......
Pronuptia
i tik tats not inclusive of shipping as the oil itself after conversion is S$20.05 already (without shipping).
the shipping fee to Singapore for nature unplugged is already S$22.27 and plus the oil S$20.05 total is S$42.32.
Sorry, I think I wasn't clear.![]()
I got mine from a spree organised on another forum, so shipping was divided by 20+ Trilogy items. That's why it was so cheap.
If you just want 1 bottle, the cheapest I found, but haven't tried, is NZ Pacific -- about S$36 incl shipping.
Does rose hip oil helps in acbe/pimple scar??
apparently it does
i used it for my forehead, it starts to peel and then the pimple scars turn out lighter
it is quite cheap in au, i get it for less than 20AUD at my local pharmacy.
Hi Viv
Been on Kosmea's for the past week. Can't say it's worked miracles for me. I'd have preferred deeper hydration. The forehead actually stays matte! It does seem to heal scar scabs well. I didn't experience any peeling on my thicker skin but I had a mark peel off leaving nothing behind. I prefer Aesop for hydration![]()
ahhh okie Glossie
i like the rosehip oil for its abilities to heal scars
however i must say the initial stage of peeling doesnt appeal to me very well![]()
I got my free rose hip oil from subscribing to Young Parents (magazine)!. Anyway, you can also get it at the pharmacy at great world city (basement) for $30.
I must say I like it cos it really does improve the texture of my skin. I had stretch marks due to pregnancy. The marks won't go away for certain but with constant usage of the rose hip oil I think eventually there will be a day, I dare to bare my belly again!
Just got the Kosmea Oil today! I'm going to test it out on my back acne, serious enough to see any difference. Heh
By the way, has anyone good results with using it around the eye area for reducing fine lines and dark circles. Kind of worried about getting milias. Also, I understand that it's best to use on damp skin (after shower?). Do you top this up with moisturiser or toner? TIA![]()
Hi Dreamie
I posted about the oil's effect on the eye area under TNS very briefly. I've been on it for slightly over a week only so I don't know if you should take my testimonial at face value yetI don't find it oily at all; fact, it regulates oil production. So in this respect I doubt it'll give you milia. I don't use anything else on top of Kosmea and yes you should apply it while the face is damp, not necessarily right after shower (but definitely a good method). I apply straight after I've double-cleansed my face.
Mini rave: Makeup looked nice and smooth these days although I felt my skin's rather rough to the touch. I think I should alternate my usage of Kosmea. It's all right, just not phenomenal enough![]()
Thanks Glossie![]()
I'm 1 day into this oil. Keeping fingers crossed that it works to some extent. Other than using it all over, I'm also doing a patch test on just 1 dark mark to see if the colour will reduce over time. I actually find my eye area quite oily after applying this, nevertheless, will stick to it to see results.
Dreamie,
I think you can apply your normal moisturiser or sunblock over the kosmea rose hip oil. Do not use a toner over it! I guess that will remove it from your face instead.
One tip: You can wet your face before you apply the oil, as in patting some water on face. It somehows make it easier to absorb and face feels softer after the oil is absorbed and not feel so oily.
Do note that you also must try to finish the oil within 4-5 months or it will turn rancid, and change to a lighter yellow colour from it's bright orange colour now.
That's what happen to mine.
