thanks for the quick response! I'm a huge fan of their makeup and planning to try their skincare line so far. any recommendations on where i can get a sample? been looking around for chanel samples but so far no luck

I find Chanel pretty generous with samples. Am currently using t-matte shine control. Works well to keep shine at bay throughout the day.

has anyone tried chanel's whitening range? especailly the essence and the spot corrector?

I'm on the whitening essence and sunblock for 4months now, and i realise overall my brown spots has become lighter, even thou they are still there but the brown are not as intense as before. Overall, my skin tone has become 1 shade lighter, I know that because i need to change to a lighter shade of foundation.

Now I'm wonder should i use the whitening night cream for better results?

char emma --> thanks for your reply. which sunblock are you using? the whitening modelling base sunblock? is the whitening essence meant as an all over face product or just specifically for application on spots??

am worried about using whitening products cos i have had bad experience with whitening products...but am very tempted to try chanel cos the sales assistant said her aunt used their products and 6 months later, the aunt's spots disappeared...so tempting!

Im using the UV Essential SPF50 , I have link it to my blog review as its with picture of the product. Its meant for whole face.

Don't worry, I too have alot of problems with skincare, so its always safer to ask for samples to try before purchasing.

Actually I think the SA will be over-exaggerating to say the aunt's spots totally disappear. To a certain extent, it does helpto lighten but wont make it all gone. I think you can ask for samples to try before u decide.

I myself have problem using their pre-lotion, it does stings my face.
At the same time Im keen to try their night cream as the SA said using this ( night cream+ serum) will be able to achieve a better result. So now im still trying the night cream sample for signs of allergy.

I thought of buying the Hydramax gel serum,.. is it suitable for combination skin ?

Any of the mask is good for combi skin ?
