1) where you go for facial?
Derma-Rx @ ChinaSquare
2) what type of facial treatment did you opt for?
Sonic Cleansing + Vit c + FPL Eye Revitalizing Treatment
3) what's your review?
I like the obvious results achieved. Enjoyed my session and am happy with my choices. The Vit C mask is indeed effective on me, it make my skin felt rejuvenated and glowy. Would comment on my FPL eye treatment later on, as I've yet to get started on it.
4) how much is it per session / per package?
I took up a course of 10 session, and each session rounded up to be $160.
5) how often is your facial routine?
Once a month.
Anymore updates? I'm looking for facial info![]()

1) where you go for facial?
Leonard Drake @ Wisma [/size]
2) what type of facial treatment did you opt for?
Facial for sensitive skin. All products used are from Dermalogica.
3) what's your review?
The esth is skilled and the session was enjoyable ( other than the blackhead removals ). The only cons is that there are only 2 single rooms. You may be sharing a room with another girl.
Skin was clearer after the facial and had that nice radiant look. also, the red spots from squeezing blackheads was minimal and died down. I could go meet my bf without feeling embarrassed =)
4) how much is it per session / per package?
Abit more for sensitive skin, i think slightly over $100. NOt too sure. the packages are a good deal as they throw it free eye treatment or neck treatment. Freebies with the packages seem to differ, so buy only if it looks good to you!
5) how often is your facial routine?
Once a month. However, i've stopped going for facials for 2 months already. Testing out if facials really are bad for sensitive skin per the derm. =(
I've also tried out Mohogany. They use Phytomer products but I think the ladies at Leonard Drake have better skills =)
1) where you go for facial?
Adonis
2) what type of facial treatment did you opt for?
Facial that can clear up my face, which is full of clogged pores. and something that can lighten my acne scars.
3) what's your review?
Not very impressed. Did not see any great improvement.
Tried ICO2 but was too exp and see not effect, so stop after 1 session. And continued with AD facial package.
4) how much is it per session / per package?
ICO2: $400/session
AD Facial: $100/session
5) how often is your facial routine?
Twicw per month. Hope to finished it as soon as possible, cant wait to try the DRX facial.
1) where you go for facial?
perfect beauty care at parkway. they use dermalogica products. everything.
2) what type of facial treatment did you opt for?
just a basic facial.
3) what's your review?
not bad. better than fancl. joanne is very gentle when she does extraction. its clean as well. i like the place. by the way only tried once, going for my second session soon.
4) how much is it per session / per package?
per session is S$48, first trial S$28. basic package is S$380 for 10 sessions which i think is actually very worth while to take up.
5) how often is your facial routine?[B]
once every month or every three weeks.
ohh edithberri that sounds good!! can you help me check what other types of facial they offer? are the people there pushy? my fancl package is ending soon and i would like to try somewhere else cos the standard has dropped somewhat
sure no problem at all! i am at marine parade every weekend anyway. the SA's are ok, not very pushy. they will only try to sell their package when you ask about their packages, so dont ask unless you are serious about getting their packages. but if you are firm, they wouldn't continue. also students get to pay their packages in installments.Originally posted by lumos

i agree with you, standards at fancl has dropped...am so disappointed with them. as much as a loyal fancl user i was i have no choice but to change. my last facial with them was so disappointing...
ahahaha i havent gone for facials for 10 years already
just wondering with packages, are they basicaly cheaper?
was thinking of a one-time luxury but seriously what if my face breaks out?
hmm, risks of facials... *scaredz*
generally if your face is ok, shouldn't result in a breakout. but if you are really afraid of a breakout. you can suggest to the beautician to go easy on extractions.![]()
hmmm thanks edith
will think carefully
my face is too darn sensitive so i think prefer no extractions!
1) where you go for facial?
I've only ever been for a facial once. Origins Feel-Good Day Spa, at Isetan Wisma. Yesterday
2) what type of facial treatment did you opt for?
I can't remember the exact name of the treatment! But it was 90 minutes. Therapist cleansed, exfoliated, applied hydrating lotion as well as hydrating mask and steamed.
3) what's your review?
It was only my first facial, so I am not sure what I should have been looking out for. I found it ok only, and don't feel any compelling desire to go back. The therapist was very nice though, and gave me an eye mask when I said I did not want exfoliation. Also, I think the neck and shoulder massage was wasted on me because I started giggling uncontrollably halfway through - I'm VERY ticklish!![]()
Eyebrow trimming was included but not fantastic. The therapist only cleaned away the stray hairs, so no shaping whatsoever.
Reason I chose Origins is that I already use a lot of Origins products - was afraid of adverse reaction to some other brand.
4) how much is it per session / per package?
This was $85 for 90 minutes.
5) how often is your facial routine?
So far, once per lifetimeWill scout round for other places! Derma Rx sounds good.

The facial salon you go to..is that the one near the hawker centre/NTUC? Or is it in Parkway itself? Might want to try that..thanks!
its the one near the hawker center. its beside a small boutique and you can't miss it. because its the only facial salon that uses dermalogica. its situated between the hawker center and NTUC.Originally posted by zjaninez
