Like I posted on another thread.... I was really disappointed with Paula's Choice products. It made me break out with cystic pimples & they stayed on my face for a couple of months!! Arghh!!!
I've since stopped using anything much ... I want my pimples to clear up so I thought I'll start on a clean slate & then introduce new products to my skin one by one so that I know exactly who the culprit is when I get those zits ...
Here's my skincare regime ....
[morning]
1. Wash face with Neutrogena Clear Pore cleanser - sometimes I use Benefit's Honey scrub.
2. Sunscreen - Lancome SPF 50, Jurlique or KP SPF 30
3. Make-up
[evening]
1. Remove makeup with KP Cleansing
2. Wash face with Neutro Clear Pore cleanser
3. Scrub with Dermalogica Microlifiant or Fresh Sugar Scrub (3-4x a week)
4. RMK Dew
5. Nuxe Honey lipbalm
My skin is clearing up albeit a little dry now ....

Oh.. It's a salon brand. I got it frm my beautician after a facial and it has since become my staple, esp the decongesting biorame. My skin has really healed a lot faster now. Only complain is they are not that cheap... $60 plus for one small lill bottle. But I was told they are more concentrated than those ampuloes used during the facials.

I haven't tried out any masks or scrubs because I just stopped going to my derma & I have sensitive skin. I don't dare to try out any products because I've been relying on my derma for skincare products for the past 1.5 years! I'm just apprehensive I guess, don't wanna aggravate my skin condition any further 8O
wow.. err my cleaning regime is very simple. I don't wear m/u often so usually I just use Clinique 3step system, but not the toner everyday cos it's been said to be harsh. Not alot of people agree with the Clinique system though.. Recently I bought Jurlique products to try and the initial trial was gd, but I haven't used it enough to comment much on it yet. Once a week I do a scrub and a mask, but that's all. So far I don't have much problems with my skin, although I'm obsessed with slapping on lots of moisturizer.
Does anyone use the Shu cleansing oil? It sounds interesting! Please enlighten me![]()
Hi debby,Does anyone use the Shu cleansing oil? It sounds interesting! Please enlighten me
I'm using the Shu cleansing oil fresher (the clear one) for oily skin. Works well in dissolving all the makeup including mascara. Was told that u need not use a separate cleanser after that but i can't stand the oily, slippery feeling so i still use the Haba washing powder with it.
I've also tried cleansing oil from Ayura, Fancl, RMK. To me. they are work the same as the shu one. Be careful with the Shu one though, read that some girls broke out from using it.
i recently bought the promo set from shu. it's a 450ml bottle with the UV makeup base and some skincare samples for $98. Good deal cos the 450ml alone would be $115 (i think). The 450ml bottle will last me a loonnng time even if everyday usage.
