are you referring to the Lancome XW Blanc Expert Extra Whitening Spot Corrector?

i'm using that now. quite like it. it's faded a couple of v v dark freckles to a med-light brown. the other freckles are still there, but not as obvious. well, at least they don't show up in photos anymore!

Yeah i do agree! I actually love my freakles .
My mum prefers me to be fair and freakle-less, she bought me Fade out creme from a drugstore and wanted me to apply. Yeah it works! But too bad I m out in the sun again and my freakles make a comeback. HaA... i think my mum gave up.

freckles are not cute when they are a prelude to aging, wrinkles, saggy skin.

    :(
freckles do not *become* saggy skin though, right? i'd leave my freckles alone, i do think that they are cute. unless they *become* something worse, i would then do something about it. after all, you did say "freckled beauties", glenda :) it's not always bad.

Maybe I'm just a worrier but I think Fade out's very strong... any ingredients expert? I'm sure it's not "harmful" or else it won't be on shelves.

    Is freckles = pigmentation problem?

I remember getting very annoyed with a very freckled SA cos she was rudely pushing her items to me *pulled magnifying mirror to my unmade up face*. Wanted to retort something hurtful but did not.

Hahaa well it might be true to leave them but we all know that nothing in the market now can fade them out completely. I found that if I'm not applying anything they'll get darker and more! That's the least thing I want :| hmmp...I'm ok with my freckles now but not if they "grow"

Not too sure whats the difference between freckles and pigmentation. I thought both are similar, darkening of the skin tone?
None of the whitening serum or cream works on me. I guess I will go for laser when i strike toto one of these days....

As for fade out, it contains 4% hydroquinone if I recall correctly. Tried similar product prescribed by my doctor with no results. Maybe I would try asking the pharmacist at Guardian for something more potent.

I'm freckled, and honestly, I don't mind my freckles, and in fact I think they're rather cute! They prevent me from looking too 'made up' because they're so 'casual' and girly.

I saw the Lancome freckle pencil too....was just wondering if it has a future in Asia where most women equate flawless skin with freckle-less porcelain skin!

Well, if you need reassurance that freckles are cute, look no further than Devon Aoki. What a stunner!

Another freckled girl here! I have them on my cheeks since age 13 (didn't know how to the use a sunblock/sunscreen then!)...I don't think i will laser it but just leave it as it is. I'm now using DrX Lightener and it has lightened some of it. As long as it doesn't mulitply too much, i'm happy with it.

Yes, I really like her ad on Lancome's Super Natural! Very natural and "raw"!
