Wheee......Thanks Glenda. That's really great. Gals more reason for not visiting that famous counter!! Check that out.
I didn't try the cleansing milk so can't compare. But I don't like the honey gel. Have to agree with Riv and Atypical that the scent is a bit off. I like the gel for it gentleness but somehow it is not good enough to clear the dirt on my face.
Just had to share....consider yourself forewarned!Today I swapped away my Honey cleanser because it broke me out! Yes, I'm ALLERGIC to that stuff!!! I don't think it could have been anything else, because it was the only new item I introduced into my regime. And, it wasn't zits I was getting, but lotsa red bumps which were ITCHY and inflamed! I had a whole blotchy red rash along my jawline.....ewwww!!!!
I stopped using the NUXE immediately and within 2 days, my skin got back to normal. Well, almost....some of the big red bumps still refuse to go away, ick.
Just to qualify what I've said, I do have sensitive skin, and I noticed that fragrance is quite high up the list of ingredients on the NUXE cleaner, so maybe that's what did it.
What a disappointment. :|
Not sure if i'm the only one who didn't like the Nuxe honey lipbalm. It goes on the lips pretty dry, and when i wake up in the morning for a shower and try to rub it off, it becomes white and is quite hard to remove. Also, each time i used, i develop at least 1 of the tiny bumps (like white heads) around the edge of my lips. I'm switching to my Lancome Vinefit lip nectar instead which has a better texture.
I haven't been using the Nuxe honey cleanser much, the smell is a bit too much to bear. Still trying to finish up my jurlique foaming face wash first.
i love the honey lip balm lots, it keeps my lips matte while moisturizing my lips. the removing part never really bothered me i guess, even the whitish part. i did buy the vinefit from lancome prior to nuxe but don't like the white grapey taste to it & the glossy effect which disturbs my lip colour(if i wear them under the gloss) & hours into the day my lips would form bits & pieces of dead skin(this happens to me with all lip balms 'cept nuxe). heee u can see i love nuxe honey balm lots!<FONT SIZE=1>Originally posted by Dreamie

i agree with you, farah. the honey lip balm is the only thing that works for me![]()
I just tried the Honey Cleansing Gel. I also don't really like the smell but I get used to it after about 3 uses. I think it's quite gentle, cleanse well and won't leave your skin tight afterward. Not bad. But I prefer Nuxe's cleansing milk rather than this coz it smell divine and won't get me greasy like other brands' cleansing milk does.
anyone tried the honey shower gel? comments?
i'm quite happy with my skincare now so i think i'll stop experimenting, i would hate to break out or anything from a new product
not sure if i'll try to honey lip balm, tried the texture and like dreamie, finds it dry. i'm using kiehls #1 at night now and it's lovely
I saw the review in MUA's productville you may check it out. As I remember it has 4/5 stars. hthOriginally posted by bluebubble

After reading the reviews on MUA for Nuxe Crème Fraîche de Beauté concentrée, i'm soo tempted to get this.
Anyone tried this? Does anyone know how much is it?
i have been using it for a month, not too bad IMO! Think was $58Originally posted by clpersonal

Jemay, did it cause you any breakouts? Is it very heavy or greasy?Originally posted by jemay

it do seem a little heavy on hand, but it will blend into skin very fast, no greasy feeling at all. This year my face always have breakout, so i am not sure if this new one is one of the culprit. hahahhahahaOriginally posted by clpersonal

why not trying the regular Creme Faiche?? It's moisturize enough unless your skin is quite dry then need the concentrate version![]()
farahdean and Keiko
how much of the lip balm are we supposed to apply. i love it =) but never notice any white bits in the morning... my lips were very dry until i found Nuxe!
I really love Nuxe Honey Cleansing Gel ! I bought my 2nd bottle yesterday after some considerations because my skin has turned from dry to oily all over again ( read: no more Roaccutane)
I'm afraid that it would not clean well enough for oily skin. But i used it this morning and it works great. I love the fact that it is non-stripping on the skin and don't leave any waxy after-feel so typical of gel cleansers.
Well.. i also have to get pass the initial stage of THAT weird artificial scent to appreciate it.![]()
A bigto the lovely
who introduced it to me!
