Can anyone help me with AR-999? I'm so confused ..

1. do you cleanse with vibration mode? im abit scared about penetrating cleanser into the pores
2. if i do cleanse with vibration mode, am i supposed to follow-on by ION-out --> by using toner on a new cloth on AR-999? or ?
3. after ION-out, is it correct to use M1 massage mode (serum on face and on AR-999)? I don feel anything on M1/M2 mode. Is it normal?

i am using the one from skin inc.. think that it is not bad.. my moisturizer gets fully absorbed into the skin after using and doesnt get sticky..

I'm very keen in runve, specifically for its cleansing function and lifting... many have reviewed that it cleans better but how about firming/lifting? I am in mid-30s and am starting to feel my skin losing elasticity and am looking for something like this to use everyday to cleanse/massage my face.
