Clinique is one which I never used for overseas (am not sure if they have a higher range version). The one which I used in the past was from Lancome (SGD80) and it is gd for cold weather coverage.
I do not agree. Every skin is different. For me I can't live without tapping on moisturizer in the morning and in the evening. Who says we do not need moisturizer in Singapore? Well unless you do not work in air-conditioned office and sleep in air-conditioned room.

I'm looking for gel-type moisturizer with spf. Any recommendation?

i dont think you can have SPF product in gel consistency,
the lightest you can get is maybe liquid lotion type.

depending on the level of protection you need you can try some of these product

Paula's Choice Daily Mattifying Lotion SPF 15
Pros: very light texture, it feels more like a moisturizer than sunscreen, i use this for when i spend the whole day at home
Cons: Contains oxybenzone, Non-photostable so if you are going to be exposed to the sun, you HAVE to re-apply every 2-3 hours.

Clinique Sun Face Cream SPF 30
    Pros: Light texture, water-resistant, photostable
    Cons: Contains oxybenzone

La Roche Posay Uvidea SPF 50
Pros: light texture, photostable, high protection
Cons: Contains alcohol denat, slightly shiny

Dior Snow White Revealing UV Protection Moisturizer SPF 50
Pros: light texture, photostable, high protection, good oil-control, work as a primer
Cons: High on silicones, the most pricey

    RoC Soleil Protexion SPF 50+
Pros: Light texture, photostable, very high protection
Cons: Does not go along with SPF makeup, slight whitecast

Today the best moisturizer is MOISTURE from water mixing with your facial natural oil secretion. After cleaning your skin, splash your favorite water product, like wilkins or any bottled mineral water, pat evenly and let dry naturally. Then look at the mirror and check the effect. You may do this anytime of the day.

cherrykisses: Vichy is not bad. It has got quite a big range of products which target on acne-prone/sensitive skin, and usually leaves a matte finish on the skin.

    Hey Asterificious,

Thanks for the helpful recommendation. I thought so too when I tried to google for gel cream with SPF and could only find one product. My face will get tiny oil dots if I were to use cream form. I'm using TBS Vitamin E Moisture Lotion SPF15 now and wish to look for one with higher SPF. Thanks for the list ya! Will Check them out!

Cherrykisses pregnant ladies hormones are different from when you are not pregnant. So i think its going to be hard for you to choose your moisturiser at this stage. Maybe you try going for those lightweight gel type. It may help as gel moisturiser is light, so its suits most people well.

    Hi Ladies,

Something that i wanna share with all ladies... Recently i bought a new product from online call Royal Cosmetics which i saw in Her World Magazine. Is a product with 24K Gold!!! I really love this product cos it is 100% oil free and is in gel type and my skin is more moisture and smoother without any oily feeling after used...

I'm very keen to try Dr Jart skincare, went watsons and saw the moisturiser in gel type. Should be good for sensitive skin like mine. It costs around $48 for one, but i'm having second thoughts now as i have not read much reviews on their skincare, though i always get their bb cream every other month. I love their bb cream so much.

I tend to switch my moisturizer quite often. Bioterm is one of the better brand which i have been using on an off for the past few years. I love to try out all the different brands. Aquasource makes my face feel hydrated, non sticky and fresh. My typically combination skin feels even and non greasy at all.

    Default Moisturizer for sensitive skin

    Vichy anti-imperfection moisturizer (Green range)
    Matte finish
    FAST absorbent

I use Clinique's pore minimizer serum after the moisturizer.
Both gets absorbed fast and works well on my sensitive skin.
No problem waiting for moisturizer to get absorbed. Save time!
