yes, it IS much much cheaper! I got these before I found EDS. Nowadays, I only order from EDS, and most dermalogica products are at least $8-$15 cheaper over there (an example: their daily microfoliant is only S$70+ and the multivit masque is only S$73+!). Plus shipping is free over CND200(otherwise only CND$5) and 2 thumbs up for their superb cust service!Originally posted by autumnheart
wow! thanks, sweetmango.
doesn't that mean that buying via www.essentialdayspa.com is much cheaper?![]()
BTW, EDS is very generous with samples, go ahead and ask for all the samples you want. For my very first order with them, they gave me 12-13 sachet samples in all!
heheheee, no worries CND$200 is too easy to hit when you're shopping at EDS, you might have problems trimming your order though!
autumheart, what samples are you interested to try?
somehow I feel that sachet samples don't make that much diff at times (esp cleansers and moisturisers), cause you usually need to use a product several days before knowing if its good.
BTW, the skin refining masque and the multivit masque are my staples, both deliver more that it claims.

Dermalogica has a product called solar booster, its a booster you add to any regular moisturiser(of any brand) to turn it into a full spectrum sunscreen! cool huh?bad news is that it out of stock at EDS right now, but you can still place your order by leaving a note at checkout. I've already ordered mine *can't wait*

yup! I've got a friend who's VERY scared of rays cause she wants to be as fair as possible, so she is always scrutinising ingredients of sunscreens. and this one passed her test. So far, the ones that has passed her tests are usually high performance ones that not only goes on light, but full spectrum!Originally posted by kare2711

i am getting my Daily Microfoliant in swap soon... and wonder how do u use that?? Put a bit on hand then rub it with water then cleanse face??
You wet your cleansed face, wet both palms, pour out the amt of a teaspoon in your palm, add a little water(just a little) and rub palms together, then scrub like usual. For this, because its so mild, you'll have to scrub longer to see the effect.Originally posted by jemay

Gotta raveeeee!!![]()
I received my latest EDS order today and it came with sachets of Dermalogica shine theraphy shampoo, Conditioning body wash, and Body hydrating cream, I just tried out all three and I'm now a fan of their bodycare products! The shampoo left my hair soft(w/o using a conditioner!) and bouncy, the body wash is a silky foamy wash that leaves my skin feeling cleansed and nourished, and the body cream is easily absorbed with no greasiness, and it leaves my skin nice and soft in one application! Really love the effect! Plus, although there's no fragrance used, they use essential oils in these 3 items, and the result is a refreshing/invigorating lavender-ish scent.
I'm gonna place an order for these together with some decleor products and PTR. If anyone's intersted to tag along to save on shipping, PM me.![]()
Do you have the ingredient list for the solar booster? Can it be used alone? without mixing into any moisturiser?Originally posted by sweetmango

sweetmango,
I noticed that you posted on 13 March that u placed the order, and only 3 april that you received the package. Is that right?
i placed an order with them on 2/April and am waiting for my package. I had ordered with them before and it usually arrives in just a week. That's why I am worried.
By the way, girls, do go to www.dermalogica.com and sign up for free samples of Power Rich, a new product they are promoting. Supposedly their miracle cream or something which will retail at USD165!!!!
It usually take 4-12 days for my goods to arrive, and for big orders, they do insure it for free. I'm not sure how long it takes for NZ orders, but the delivery could be longer. the longest I've waited for my order is 3 weeks, but I usually get it w/in 5 working days. You might want to give Magda at EDS a call or email. She's usually very assuring and niceOriginally posted by fiona

Hi dearie, you could send an email to dermalogica to ask for the ingredient list, I'm sure they'll be glad to let you have it. I'm bad at typing long uncommon english words (like methylothyxalynane), I'm afraid that I might miss out something in the list.Originally posted by clpersonal

Yup, I *think* you can use it alone if you like because I've called up leonard drake salons before to ask and they say yes.![]()
