The head of the shoe expander looks quite big? Can it even fit into pointed shoes?

Bought a pair of pretty red heels from HK. Dont know why when I came back, it seems like either the shoe shrunk, or my feet expanded!!

Anyone can post pics of it being fitted into pointed toe shoes??

    TIA!

one thing to bear in mind thoough about these expanders. high(er) heeled shoes you can't expand because of the height? Thats what the guy at Masterfix told me when I sent in my CLs for expanding and bombarded him with questions about DIY shoe expanders.

Yes, there are different types of shoe expanders. Some are made for shoes with pointy toes, or with heels or with flat soles.
Or for broad shoes etc etc.
See website below for e.g. of different types of shoe expanders/stretchers.

    http://www.shoeandfootcare.com/c/stretchers/

The one that is being sold in Spore is the general mould which wouldn't be able to expand shoes with heels or pointy toes effectively. What I do is for pointy shoes, I will stuff newspaper at the toes first then I use the shoe expander to ensure that the front of the shoes gets expanded.

For shoes with heels, I just put the front part of the shoe expander into the shoes and the back of the shoe expander, I lean the shoes against shoe boxes so as to allow support.
