Loafers 'heels' ?

Anyone came across loafers that comes in the form of heels instead of the usual flats ? Wonder if i make sense here .. Quite like the design of the usual loafers but am wondering if they do come in heels .. yes, no? TIA

Yep! They're cute! I havent seen them in actual shops so far though.. I see them only in Korean preorders.. Dun dare buy incase they dont fit
