    Default Inward bow legs

    When I walk I tend to be a bit bow leg. And I feel that I do not stand stable.
    I noted that I tend to use my inner soles, rather than outer soles.

    Are there any products (e.g. rubber pad) for this, and does it help?

    have you had this problem all along or is it recent?

    an improper gait has various causes, it's best to consult an orthopedic specialist and/or get custom fitted insoles.

    padding only provides cushioning but not corrective action.

    You can try a foam roller.

    I recall reading an article years ago about Claudia Schiffer being slightly bowlegged and how she wears knee-length boots to conceal that.
