i normally go to chinatown where there are quite a few cobblers...

its very annoying to hear some ladies walking with their worn out shoes making all the unbearable noise..cant they hear it? if its worn off and dont want to repair then should just stop wearing it ..

i know the cobbler right outside chinatown mrt station sitting near the coffeeshop very very popular, he's like always full of shoes to mend, you can try him! (there's another cobbler beside him with less people not sure about his quality)
