I had the WORST experience of my life with PAZZION. I bought 2 pairs of shoes at the end of 2010. After the first wear, 4 diamante fell out so i sent it to Tampines for repair. So there it went for another repair session at the HQ. I collected my shoes from the Marina Sq outlet. After my FIRST wear, ANOTHER diamante fell out. I was absolutely fuming mad. Then when i called the HQ to ask for an explanation, they were basically shifting the blame from the glue to the cobbler to the SA to the diamante..OMG...!!
So i sent the shoe back for repair cos they said that they would remove ALL the diamante and use a SPECIAL glue to stick them on. Lo and Behold, after i got my shoes back, the diamantes are on BUT there are glue bits on 1 of my diamante. One of the crystals was sitting ON the clasps instead of IN them, and when i asked them, they were soooo defensive and tried to tell HOW MUCH they went to make my shoes better.
Obviously after all these I was a very very unhappy person, so i asked to speak to the manager. however i think it's a waste of my time and effort cos after EVERYTHING...the BEST solution they can give me is...SEND IT BACK FOR REPAIR.
Can't they do better??? I had to pay for carpark, fuel and simply make the effort to go and collect and send my shoes, can't they just make the effort to get my shoes in the condition that I bought them in? GOSH...for sure PAZZION is in my BLACKLIST...!!
