I wasn't going to write a review of this place but one whole day of sore cuticles changed my mind. They are obviously not ready for business yet, both in terms of trained staff and basic facilities. I purchased some vouchers for their manicure and pedicure services on a deals website and booked for two person but arrived to find that they only had one proper chair. They didn't even have the decency to tell me that beforehand. In fact, I had to be the one asking where my friend who had not arrived yet was going to sit, before they started moving around some stools (yes... my friend had to sit on a stool for hrs) and explained to me that they just started up their nail services.

Concerned, I asked if they have enough staff to attend to both of us at the same time and they assured us they did when they actually only had one properly trained staff. The other person who did our pedicures appeared to be the lady boss and she obviously was inexperienced at it and distracted. She left my feet soaking in water for almost an hr before finally attending to me when I expressed displeasure. Both my friend's and my toe cuticles are sore now thanks to her as well. Needless to say polish was painted on badly.

Judging from all these, they *** at least have tried to make it up to us a little but instead we were charged $5 extra each for some bath salt they put in to sterilize the water and treated with hardselling of more of their bad services. The best part was that the boss still had the gall to repetitively tell us to bring friends.

4hrs of ordeal just for an ok gelish mani and a terrible pedi... Give this place a miss.

She soaked your feet for one hour so as to remove? My goodness, one hour is too much isn't it. If i were you i would have complained and kick up a big fuss on the spot. I can't tolerate such things at all.

I will make a complain to the manicure shop as well as the deals website which was purchased.
