Citibella sux

I went to citibella once at JP and never went back again. Very lousy skills and the whole place was just rather dirty. They didnt even bother to clean and sterilise the tools and i was rathe disgusted. They were also eager to get me out of the shop even when my nails were not really dry yet. In the end, cos of their rushing, my polish smudge the moment i stepped out and since i was running late i didnt bother going back for touch up. makes u feel like they in a hurry to just quickly finish, get u to pay up, and chase u off. horrible place

yea.. gotta agree on this one.. i went to citibella in bukit panjang plaza and they keep hard selling me. even cornering me.. omg. until i became angry and told them, cant i just have a express manicure only please? then they just quietly say okok.. since i am a student, i have a budget and really cant afford packages or whatnots. the express manicure not really well done as well. i had my nails painted red, and the inner corners were not evenly painted. and they even painted out into my meat area.omggg the experience was rather terrible.
