Nail salon to recommend?

I'm thinking of doing gel nails ... any recommendations?
I'm searching for the lady (vivian or celine) few years back her shop is in bugis village.. i think she did pretty nail arts...
Any idea where she is now ?

Its cosy and quiet and you can relax while watching ur fav DVD while your nails are taken care of. Thier exp mani is only 7 bucks. I dont have their number but you can try and visit their blogspot at www.dmarissanails.blogspot.com

Hi hi,

There are many out there but I do not know which one to recommend as I seldom do it. This was my 2nd time doing gel mani after so many years. However I can only advise a "NO"...don't even step in to this shop i have just went recently "Little Dots's Heaven" at The Bencoolen (near bugis village). I'm so upset that I wanna let the whole world know about the unethical of this pple. The pedi was done sloppily, that you won't even wanna see it. The gel nails color was so off from the color chart. After complaint and touch up of the gel mani which totally ruin it and I have to re-do it one more time again. Still got the guts to charge me for the soaking off. Moreover they charge me extra for the scrub treatment which I was not informed in the first place. The arrogant of the lady boss makes me wanna puke. I have tons to talk abt them but it might be too long for you gals to read them. PLEASE GALS....DO NOT EVER STEP IN THAT PLACE....YOU WILL REGRET.

Yioyio: I know how you feel about bad service and unethical practise. I have my fair share as well. I used to try out many different salon whenever there's promo and I've even come across shops who charge additional for OPI polish and even top coat! Gosh, how to leave the shop without top coat on my nails?
I recommend this home salon at Tampines call Nail Seduction. I just did my CNY nails with her. I have been going back to her after she did bridal nails for me. Service is good, quality of nail art is up to standard, and price is reasonable. Even for my regular classic mani and pedi, I get the full set done properly, with scrub and even mask included! Did my nails with her too! For hands, i did 3 gel extensions, and a french polka dot design with some 3d nail art and crystals. for feet, i did normal classic pedi. total about $85, including cny surcharge, but totally worth it imo. Love my nails now.

One thing though, last night i kept having nightmares of my nails and the 3D art breaking off. LOL. Startled me awake so many times!
