I have been there! far east level 5. 4 bucks for student express mani! not bad if you just wanna try out colors. however, they dont offer you dryer to blow dry the nails cuz usu alot ppl waiting and they hav v little dryers. So if u don't mind, can just go for it! (:

i like princess cottage at tampines street 32. cheap and good service, although i've never anything beyond classic manicure and pedicure.

Ytd went down to Nail Indulgence de beau at Liang Seah Street to do gelish classic manicure and classic pedicure at $28 each, under a package. Service was good and the manicurists there were friendly too! Cosy place and hygienic coz i saw them sterilizing those tools in a sterilizer. Anyone who are interested to try out can pm me and u can use the services under my package so that u can enjoy it at $28 =) it includes either:

Gelish Classic mani OR
Gelish Class pedi OR

i went to hougang blk 211 fastastic colour for both mani and pedicure. the young girl who attend to me is polite, gentle and very attentive! i seldom see people with such good services and never do any hard selling. i enjoyed the services and my nails look great too!

I did my manicure for $5. (if I'm not wrong, its not a student price, just normal price)
This includes shaping, base coat, colour, top coat and a fan for drying.
Not bad, considering it is only 5 bucks.

Yioyio: I know how you feel about bad service and unethical practise. I have my fair share as well. I used to try out many different salon whenever there's promo and I've even come across shops who charge additional for OPI polish and even top coat! Gosh, how to leave the shop without top coat on my nails?
I recommend this home salon at Tampines call Nail Seduction. I just did my CNY nails with her. I have been going back to her after she did bridal nails for me. Service is good, quality of nail art is up to standard, and price is reasonable. Even for my regular classic mani and pedi, I get the full set done properly, with scrub and even mask included! I want to get a uv nail lamp and the prices vary from $20 to $200, some are even higher $200. All sellers claim to use the same size lamp and the quality is good! I have searched and searched the internet to get an answer on what the difference is, but without luck! Can someone please clarify for me what is a decent lamp?? and why do they claim the same wattage but prices so different? I want to buy one at a cheap price between $20--$100.

I find it online, but the prices are all diferent.
