I need help for nail extension services!!
I have tight schedule and children at home and its hard for me to have time to go to saloon to do my nails.
I would like to have nail services at the comfort of my own home but i do not know anyone that does freelances. the saloon i went to does not do home services.
Does anyone here have anybody to recommend? I don't mind the cost and i am more towards nail extension.

pollychong - have to be mentally prepared that doing nails at home is not as comfortable as you imagine. if you are doing acrylic nails, the smell of monomer is going to stink the whole house and disturb your family. gel extension may not be possible as UV lamp is breakable and gels may be damage while travelling.
after your nails are done, you'll have to clean up all the nail dust which is more than you ever imagine.
Hi Chubby,
THank you for your advice.
I have tried nail saloon before but I still would prefer doing it at home.
I have children which runs around and it will be very difficult to manage them if i go saloon, i wouldn't mind the cleaning up as i got maid or my hubby that can help me with the cleaning
Infact it was him who encourages me to do at home.
UV Lam breaking? What do you mean? and Gel may be damage while travelling? What do you mean?
hi pollychong - oh, what i meant was, you can find freelancers to do acrylic nails but maybe a bit difficult if you opt for gel nails. cos' personally, i won't take the risk to bring out my expensive equipments/gels. yes, UV lamp is breakable and gels will be damage if expose to heat/sun while travelling. i quit travelling for house calls ages ago, heehee...
nevertheless, you can try www.miraclez-little-shop.webs.com
she use to travel a lot but not too sure about now, can contact her to find out =)
Hi Polly,
Just drop by and wanted to share with you my experiences with a freelance lady.
Honestly speaking, i am a very fussy person and i always want to get what i paid for. I had alot of experiences in doing nail extension and spent alot of money on it but so far none had been satisfying.
It was through my hair dresser and she recommended me a freelance lady. My hair dresser told me to look at her blog first before calling up. I was amazed at her work and decided to email her for an appt.
She is a pleasant lady. During our conversation on phone, we did not discuss on cost but she convinced me that she had to look at my nails before selecting the best designs for me. And indeed when she was at my home, we discussed what I like and what I had in mind and she concentrated on her job professionally.
I would say that I got what i bargain for and I did an infill only after a month!
Polly, I recommend that you look at her blog before calling her. Her nails designs on blog are almost like what we seen on magazine!
Her blog is http://yumileenails.blogspot.com/
