Erm... about the 'pregnant' issue.. probably i can clear your doubts on that.. Maybe those staff at E were too insensitive and not professional.

As i'm a salon owner myself, we usually don't ask DIRECTLY if customer is pregnant (i'll hammer that staff's head if she ask me that...). Not very nice if that customer is NOT pregnant. Therefore we have to identify and trust the customer to tell us about her pregnancy. REASON is that pregnant women must not undergo massage during the pedicure session as some pressure points at the leg can affect the foetus, causing miscarriage for some early pregnancy cases.

And for hard-selling, i always think that since i HATE being hard-sell at, most obviously my customers will also hate it.. so i always tell my staffs to only recommend and not hard-sell. Hope they don't ruin my business behind my back! (yikes*)

But on second thought, maybe the girls at E are underpaid, so they have to rely on the commission to earn extra bucks to bring home.

I also had a very bad experience with Enamour shop in Bugis When I entered the shop and was looking at the nail art brush set, one of the salesgirls there came to me and in a very hard sell style took the brush and put it in my hand. I put it back to the rack. She was trying to introduce me another product, the one that you insert in your hair to make it higher. She said you must buy! And very rudely she hit and pressed my head. Your hair is very flat! And pushy, she just pressed something to my hair, shake your hair! It won't drop!! See it the same material! And pushy again force me to take the things by put it in my hand. When I return back the thing to the rack she took it again and put it back to my hand. She say must buy!!! You must be first time come to this shop!! Than she took another product, rub it to my hand. It removed my hair but my skin turned red. And again she put the thing in my hand. When I put it back she was shouting to me why put back, must take!! You must buy!! and bla..bla..bla... I was really annoyed with that girl and I just walked out of the shop without turn back. I won't step to that shop again, the first one and the last one!!!

I hate this shop! & my friend has scolded the SA bcos of me!

every 2 weeks i will go bugis for shopping & without fail i will pass by this shop everytime i go there. once i was looking for a nail powder to buy it for my bestie. i tried very hard to explain to the SA the particular colour of the powder i wanted to buy but i think the SAs either have hearing problems or they are plain stupid. Then i said its ok and wanted to leave the shop.

one of the SA commented:"every week come & see then never buy. every week the things here are the same what." Suddenly my friend scolded the SA bcos it happened my friend was beside the SA and she heard what SA commented. I still blur blur over what happened.

my friend yelled at the SA & told her that their boss open a shop for customers to see & buy if they liked. if you not happy, ask their boss to close down the shop ***. The SA has a shock! then SA told my friend she wasnt referring to her SA was referring to me). then my friend continue to scold the SA.

I have got a very loyal + fierce friend who will stand up for me everytime i got 'bullied'. the SAs in this shop have got very bad attitude and service. I used to buy stuff from this shop but after that incident, i never ever buy a single stuff from there even if they got 10%, 20% discount. they sucks big time!

Gosh! I know the lady (May) who works for the longest period at the Bugis outlet, but occasionally I do see her at FEP.
But the last time I went to FEP to look at their gel products, she wasn't there. I remembered this little "lian" following me all around their small shop. I personally hate it when someone tailgates me! -.-'
In order to stop her from following me, I turned around & told her what I was looking for.
I asked her what kind of gel do they carry, and the different sizes they have.
"Nfu-oh. Bottle size is there." (pointing to the display)
Ok, I turned around and didn't see much bottles on display. (much less the color chart)
So, I turned again to look for her. And asked if she has the color chart. And oh my god! I was shocked by her reaction!
She leaned against the products & simply shoved the color chart into my hands, before STARING at me & walked off. -.-!
I was so angry, I threw the color chart back on the shelves and walked out EMPTY-HANDED!
I am not going to go back there again, unless the lady I know is there.

I bought a bottle of Nail Tek from them 2 weeks ago. Without checking I left the store with the unopened bottle which was inside a cardboard packaging. When I opened it at a nail salon to use it subsequently, we realised that the bottle was cracked and the solution was dried up. Definitely sold it to me in that state as the external packaging was not wet. I went back without a receipt was treated rudely. They were suppose to check with the office (I didn't have the receipt) and I gave them the exact details - day and time of purchase, but till now a week later no one has called me. I tried calling them but to no avail. I would never go back to this store again!

They are indeed very pushy when it comes to products. Each time i step into their shop, i will just get what i want, pay for it and leave. The salesgirl will always end up pushing alot of bb cream to me, eyelash glue and so on. They used to sell this eyelash glue which after using, my lids are so itchy and swollen for weeks! Luckily now they have changed back to the korea brand, though its quite expensive, but at least now my eyelids are not itchy and swollen anymore.

OK, I was at Enamour Beauty FEP today. Had bought some brawear product my last time there even though I found the staffs very rude. I was at FEP today so went in to browse items, there were 3 staffs. It was the same short round face, big eyed salesgirl kept bugging me what I want and cannot stop tailing me. I think she is the longest staff there cos other 2 didn't seem to know the items price when asked, also the most rude.
This particular round face short girl kept staring at me and replied rudely and loudly when I asked about the products. I was interested in a bodyscrub, but they didn't know the price and said "have to call and check". I was expecting her to call right away to check, later then she asked another girl to call while I waited. In the mean time, she stood behind or at my side staring me. When I turned to her front and stare her in the eyes to show I felt offended, she intently moved to my side and continue to stare rudely. After kept me waited for sometime, she then told me to come back later for answer!

I found her attitude very bad, so I went back to ask for their headoffice contact from another staff with small eyes. This small eyes salesgirl pass me a piece of paper written with the shop number and told me they don't have headoffice! I asked her for the boss contact, she said don't have and don't know when the boss will be in. She claimed that the boss is a Korean which I doubt so. She said if I have anything to complain just call the shop and tell them! ( which is themselves LOL! These Lians are not stupid enough!) Apparently she knew they are going to be complained again, that's why dare not give boss contact! I complaint to FE management however they don't have the no. of the shop owner. Then I searched online and found out so much complaints on this shop!

I believe the staff are either related to the boss, or the boss simply don't care how bad the staffs attitude are, since mine is not an isolated case. From their accent they should be locals or M'sians what a shame! If the staff are not happy customers browse around then she is not suitable to be sales or simply ask her boss to close shop better. They are bad reflection not only of themselves but also Spore customer service.

Anyway, I found better stuffs at another shop and the service was great too! I was a happy customer! Glad that I didn't buy from Enamour Beauty, worst experience in FEP! You can be sure I will help them spread their bad reputation since they want it. I advise all cotters DO NOT buy from that shop too! Also go through this thread 'Enamour Beauty@FEP' for more complaints on them and more on the net!
