    Default Artificial Nails

If I have artificial nails glued onto my real nails, how long should I keep them on and how do I go about removing them? Are such nails reusable?

I am referring to these kind of nails. Thanks!

Is these nails like extension tips. The other time when I did my extention tips because I have non existent nails, it lasts me for about 2 weeks plus and then some of them were not very stable due to wear and tear.

When I use the extension tips, it was glued using nail glue so it lasts but if you are using those stickers or tape, I think last only a few days. I think this is like those nails from Shugar.

Yeah it is like the nails from Shugar. If let's say I use nail glue, how do I remove them?

when the fake nails are about to come off, find any gaps, drip in polish remover. it will be loosen in a few minutes, then slowly take them out. do not pull by force as will hurt your natural nails.

i think daiso/shugar they sell those fake nail removing solution too, but i never try before.

yes, can be re-use. so when you remove just be careful not to damage the fake nail's surface =)

store them back into the box, so that the nails don't scratch each other's surfaces.

Hehe, thanks chubbyvoo! Removing solutions for fake nails sound good, maybe I should drop by Daiso to check it out. Shugar is a little high in terms of pricing, right?

Concidently. just happened to be at Daiso just now and saw that they do sell nail glue remover. You may want to check it out.

But last time when I checked with Shugar, they say if you use nail glues for the artifical nails then you will not be able to reuse again.

I think as long as you dont damage your nails when you wear it and removing it, I think can use many times ba.

Speaking of this, I still have Shugar nails but no longer uses it because my nails have grew.... hee hee

as long as when you remove it, it doesn't destroy the designs etc on the fake nail, you can reuse.

i tried before, can but must be patient and careful when removing. after removing, i like to carefully and fully clean off the glue on the fake nails.

Will the glue somehow damage your nails? Sometimes its a bit hard to completely remove them.

bought some fake nails but realised that the curvature is different from the natural nail i.e. too curved! would need to slightly press them down to fit the natural curvature of my nails. is that normal? i wanted to use tape to stick them on for a day or so, wondering if since the curvature is different, it wouldn't stick..?
