Be careful of this manicurist!

I had a really bad experience with this freelance manicurist. She stood me up the very last minutes, which was a day before my wedding day( last Sunday). Now my wedding is over, I feel I need to warn others about her.

This 'ah lian' lady was really unprofessional. She had a small argument with my cousin. Then she sms me to tell that my appointment will be cancelled as she can't tolerate my cousin. Little did she know that my cousin was with me that night and I knew what actually happened.

First, she sms my cousin to ask her what col she wants for her nails. So my cousin told her to brings shades of reds, purples and browns. I really don't think is really too much to ask as she would be doing my nails, my two cousins and my mum. Moreover, we paid for her to and fro transport. That's where she got angry and said that my cousin was playing 'big' on the transport fee. I mean, I could understand that she has more than 200 bottles of nail polish. We're just asking her to bring the shades we want, leaving out the fancy col.

Anyway, she did try to make it up to me by smsing to tell me that she is willing to do the nails for me only. I did not not acept it as I think I can't trust her anymore as she is being very childish.

she is so childish to say she only wants to do it for you and not your cousin!
there's nothing wrong with bringing those colours which you want, what's wrong with her!
she's not professional in her way of dealing with customers.

Oh man! This is pretty maddening. Imagine the lil' / big flaw on the most impt day of your life. What does she expect? Just bring like 5 bottles? The bottles are so small. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to bring more?
